All our packages are dispatched from Western Australia, Caversham 6055

Once placed orders cannot be amended or combined.

We use AusPost with a LOW flat rate of $15.00 for standard or $18.95 for express Australia wide. Australian orders over $150 are eligible for FREE shipping. 

For your peace of mind, most parcels require signature on delivery. If your parcel has been dispatched with signature on delivery, and you choose to have your parcel left without a signature, please leave us a message in the NOTES section of your order. Nakd Valley does not assume responsibility if a parcel is missing after delivery has been completed. 

Auspost offers a FREE parcel collect service if you prefer for your parcel to be held at the post office (please contact Auspost directly to check if this service is available in your area)

Customer is responsible for all return to sender shipping costs when the address entered is not correct. Please ensure you enter the correct address to avoid this issue. 

Our processing times are between 3 - 5 business days, during very busy periods it could be up to 10 business days. We are closed on weekends. 

Shipping times are separate from processing times. Express shipping only relates to delivery times, not how quickly your order will be dispatched. We do not provide a *jump the queue* service.
